When Will I Receive My Item(s)?
-All items are made in the order received and will ship out 2-3 business days after your order date. First Class Shipping via USPS is our mode of shipping. Need it faster? Upgrades for quicker shipping (Priority and Express) are available at checkout - choosing upgraded shipping will expedite both the shipping and processing time of your order.
You will receive an email with all shipping information so you can track your order.

What If I Need A Different Chain Length?
-No problem! Simply reach out to us at TheCordGallery@gmail.com to initiate the exchange process. 

What Materials Do You Use?
-All of our jewelry is crafted with the following high-quality materials: 14K Gold-Plated Brass, 14K Gold Filled Copper or Brass, 14K Rose Gold-Plated Brass, 14K Rose Gold Filled Copper, 14K Plated White Gold (Silver), Sterling Silver.

How Should I Care For My Jewelry?
-Whether you've selected a Plated, Filled or Sterling Silver finish, I highly recommend following the same care for each piece. Avoid using liquid cleaners and don't spray perfume directly on your jewelry. Remove your jewelry before showering or swimming. Your pieces will last a long time if cared for properly. 

How do I Exchange A Gift?
-Send us an email at TheCordGallery@gmail.com and we’ll handle the return for you (discreetly).

What Is Your Return Policy?
-Returns are accepted within 30 days of your purchase date. Please email TheCordGallery@gmail.com to initiate your return. Refunds (minus original shipping) are given upon receiving the original item(s). 

NOTE: If possible, items should be returned in original packaging.

What If I Entered The Wrong Address?
-If you have not yet received an email stating that your order has shipped, please email us at TheCordGallery@gmail.com immediately using the Subject: "URGENT ADDRESS CHANGE" and include your order number and correct shipping address in the body of the email.

If you have already received an email stating that your order has shipped please click the tracking number in the email to see what courier was used to ship the package. Then please call your local office of said courier, give them your tracking number and let them know the correct address of where you would like the package delivered.

What If My Package Says Delivered But I Can't Find It?
-For missing packages please contact your local post office with your tracking number. The Cord Gallery is not responsible for any lost merchandise, however we advise you to reach out to us. We will do everything possible to assist with the recovery of your package.

Does The Cord Gallery Ship Internationally?
-Yes! International Customers are always welcome! Please be familiar with your country's policies in regards to customs fees prior to purchasing overseas. Any fees/taxes are the buyer's responsibility and may be charged at the time of delivery/pick-up. Those charges are not included in the costs here. 

Can I Cancel My Order?
-Yes! We can cancel your whole order, or just specific items. If you have not yet received an email stating that your order has shipped, please email TheCordGallery@gmail.com immediately using the Subject: "URGENT: Cancel Order" and include your order number.
