Returns

Returns are accepted within 30 days of your purchase date. Please email TheCordGallery@gmail.com to initiate your return. Refunds (minus original shipping) are given upon receiving the original item(s). 

NOTE: If possible, items should be returned in original packaging.

If a product arrives broken or damaged, we are happy to send a replacement. However, a photograph as proof of the damage/defect is required and must be reported within 48 hours of order delivery.
